The library continues to offer contact-free pickup for requested items. The service is available to Drake faculty, staff, and students, and applies to the Cowles Library collections as well as books available from Interlibrary Loan and FastTRAC libraries.

Here's how it works:

• Sign in to SuperSearch using your Drake credentials and find a book or DVD you want to borrow.
• Click the Request link while viewing the record, and fill out the request form to place the hold.
• When your items are ready to pick up, you will receive an email. Please do not come to the library unless you have received this email.
• Once you've been notified that your items are ready, visit the library. Please be sure to comply with any University requirements regarding temperature monitoring and face masks before arriving. There will be a self-service hold shelf near the main floor Information Desk, and your items will be wrapped for privacy and marked with your last name. You can check the items out using the nearby self checkout terminal.

You may return items to either the indoor book drop (in the main floor printing area) or in the outdoor book drop located just outside the library's north entrance.
